The Library was awarded a Seeds of Knowledge grant from the Florida Wildflower Foundation (FWF) that expanded our Seed Library to include Florida native plants, as well as informational materials on attracting butterflies and bees, planting advice, and more. Visit our Native Florida Garden in front of the Library.
The largest part of the grant from the FWF provided us with the opportunity to showcase a living example of a Florida native garden. It is located on either side of the fountain in front of the entrance to the library. The garden is in its infancy, so keep coming back to watch it grow! Learn more about our garden HERE.
