Register for a New Library Card
How to Register:
- Visit any Pinellas County Library Cooperative (PPLC) member library to fill out an application and receive your card.
- You must provide a photo ID and proof of current residence in Pinellas County.
- Follow THIS LINK for an online application for a library card. You will be given a temporary library card number and PIN. This account gives you access to place up to 5 holds on physical items and checkout 1 digital item on Libby. Visit a PPLC Member Library within 14 days to receive your permanent library card and receive full access to all materials and electronic resources.
