Kits are available during the month of February while supplies last. Just ask for a craft kit at the library’s check-out desk.
D.I.Y. Craft Night

Project: Paper Roses
Make roses from book pages and old maps. Supplies and instructions are provided. This free program is open to adults and teens (ages 13-17) accompanied by an adult. Registration is recommended. Register at tarponlibrary.org/diy or call (727) 943-4922 ext 6011.
Adult Crafting Groups
- Needlecraft Group – Meets the 1st Monday of every month at 6:00 PM.
Needlecrafters meet to knit, crochet, embroider, and quilt. Beginners are welcome. Come learn a new skill! - CrafterSpace – Meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM.
Crafters of all kinds bring their projects and come together to knit, bead, color, crochet, paint, scrapbook, stamp, etc. Craft kits are available as well as some supplies to get you started!
All adult crafting groups are casual and fun with friendly conversation and lots of idea sharing. No registration required.
Crafting Groups For Kids
- Young Artists – Meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM.
Ages 6-12. Learn about art masters and get hands-on experience with art techniques. Presented by the Tarpon Springs Art Association and sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Registration is required. Register in Youth Services or call (727) 943-4922 ext. 6016. - You Can Draw – Meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM.
Ages 6-12. Learn the basics of drawing for beginners and beyond. You will be able to draw something new by the end of each class. Registration is required. Register in Youth Services or call (727) 943-4922 ext 6016.
