Thousands of titles are available to borrow and instantly stream, or download and enjoy offline with the Hoopla mobile app (available from your device's app store.) Patrons may borrow up to 10 titles from Hoopla each month.
How it works: Create an account using your library card number, library PIN, email address, and a password of your choice. Then check out the titles you want, and then either stream them instantly in your browser or download and enjoy offline with the Hoopla mobile app. Titles are automatically returned and removed from your device at the end of the lending period.

Download songs (MP3) and music videos (MP4) that are yours to keep, plus stream music 24/7 with no time limit. Access music from over 28,000 labels from over 80 countries, with no software to download and no digital rights management (DRM) restrictions.
How it works: Login with your Tarpon Springs Library card number and library PIN. You may use five downloads per week starting each Monday. Songs count as one download and videos count as two downloads each. In addition downloading and streaming, users can also create and save playlists or use Freegal's existing curated playlists.
